
About Ed Lozano
Ed Lozano is the founder of Rockero Media and creator of Lightning Licks. He is the former Music Sales Managing Editor and Director for Music Sales Latino, author of dozens of instructional methods, featured magazine columnist, and editor of over 800 songbooks, instrumental methods, and matching folios. In addition, Ed has also served as the Guitar Curriculum Manager for WorkshopLive.com, a commercial music instruction website, where he developed a curriculum of over 2500 interactive lessons..
Ed is a professional musician and has performed extensively throughout North America, South America and Europe. As a composer/arranger, he has written and produced music for film and television, and recorded hundreds of educational tracks for method books, instructional videos, and multimedia presentations. Currently, Ed balances a busy schedule of performing with The Teddys and recording in the NYC-metro area while producing and editing for Salsa Blanca and serving as the Asst. Director for the Paul Green School of Rock Melville campus.
Ed earned a B.F.A. in Commercial Arranging/Professional Writing from Boston’s Berklee College of Music.
He is also a member of NAMM, NARAS and ASCAP.
