Web Content Creation

Another cool template from 11Mystics.com

Creating content that is dynamic, engaging and, above all, addictive is the “secret” to publishing in the information age. Here are some samples of my experience while serving as the Guitar Curriculum Manager for WorkshopLive.

Developing the curriculum was the easy part. Delivering the multimedia project with dynamic interactivity is another thing altogether. I was involved in every step from lesson development and talent acquisition to asset assembly and quality assurance to final publishing.

  1. Bullet Successfully supervised team of eight quality assurance specialists, script and music editors

  2. Bullet Managed entire lesson production process (teacher acquisition, lesson assignments, script preparation, lesson asset development, quality assurance, and functionality)

  3. Bullet Developed and amended over 2000 guitar, bass, piano and drum lessons

  4. Bullet Created and maintained heavy production schedule

  5. Bullet Developed efficient workflow strategy, responsible for 300% publishing increase

  6. Bullet Reviewed lessons for quality and content

  7. Bullet Processed daily production and project tracking reports

  8. Bullet Repurposed, prepared and created content for marketing strategies

In today’s world, content is king. Every website is looking for more and more content; however, in many cases the quantity of content directly compromises the quality of the content. As Guitar Curriculum Manager, my mission was as easy as one, two, three:

  1. 1.Develop a curriculum with integrity

  2. 2.Do not compromise that integrity

  3. 3.Do it as fast and as cost effective as possible

Dealing with Multiple Technologies

At WorkshopLive, we dealt with multiple technologies, various teams, many strategies, etc., with one common goal: To create the most exciting and dynamic music instruction site on the internet.
